Shipping and Handling Fees
Total cost for shipping and handling is only $1.25 no matter the quantity. Yes, you read that right. Whether you order 1 or 10 Olga’s Relief therapy tapes, the total cost for shipping and handling is only $1.25.

Shipping Time
All items are shipped USPS Standard shipping within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or another recipient or address as directed in your order. Shipping to a recipient other than yourself, or shipping to another address than your own, as indicated in your order form, relieves Olga's Relief and Professional Therapy Tape LLC of any claims or liability related thereto. 

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Olga’s Relief within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Olga’s Relief will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
